In connection with the Praya East Reclamation it will be necessary to divert the nullah shown in blue on the enclosed plan, and it is proposed to carry a portion of this work into effect at once as the stand to be erected will be built over the nullah. Towards the cost of this diversion the Jockey Club will be required to contribute a sum of $2,500.
